Must Have Food & Drink:
- BO&MIE: great place to grab quick breakfast or lunch, huge selection of sweet & savory pastries as well pre-made sandwiches and salads. Tip: places like this will charge a small dine in fee which allows you to sit at a table & use their silverware. If you do not pay this fee, they will not let you occupy space inside the restaurant.
- Le Refuge des Fondus: one of my favorite places in Paris. This restaurant has a grunge, underground vibe with 2 long tables that stretch the entire restaurant & walls covered in signatures & messages. They offer a preset 3 course fondue dinner & baby bottle of wine. Highly recommend making a reservation in advance.
- Maison Louvard: creators of the viral cookie croissant, this is another great place to grab a quick breakfast. They have a selection of pastries (the crookie does not disappoint) and mini quiches. Dine in fee applies here.
- Café Charlot: this is what I imagine when I think of a classic Parisian restaurant. Subway tile, gold ceiling, retro bar, and classic French dishes. Amazing food, 10/10 recommend.
- Christophe Louie: amazing bakery with the best madeleines.
- Mangez Et Cassez-vous: hamburger joint offering a variety of homemade burgers & fries for under 10€.
- Cafe de Flore: iconic sidewalk cafe, expensive but a great place to enjoy a slow morning breakfast.
- La Favorite Saint-Paul: pretty pink flower aesthetic, open for breakfast, brunch & dinner.
- L’epicier: speakeasy hidden behind a grocery store with a Mediterranean Middle Eastern vibe.

Must See Sights & Places:
- Petit Palais: built in 1900, this beautiful building now houses the City of Paris Museum of Fine Arts and has a stunning courtyard garden.
- Jardin des Tuileries: public garden near the Louvre with ponds & tables & chairs. Great spot to have a snack & fuel up before entering the Louvre.
- Eiffel Tower: make sure to see it sparkle at the beginning of every hour from nightfall to 1am.
- Rue Cler Market: want to feel immersed in Parisian culture? Go here! This street is lined with flower shops, specialty food stores, fresh fruits & vegetables, bakeries & artisan cheeses.
- Musée Rodin: my favorite ?? museum I’ve visited in Paris. Dedicated to French sculptor Rodin (think The Thinker) The building is stunning, the sculptures are elegant & romantic, & you can see some Van Gogh here too.
- The Louvre: one of the most famous museums in the world, holding some of the most incredible things ever created. One of my favorite spots is the Cour Puget & Cour Marly rooms which house sculptures, living plants & are illuminated by a glass ceiling.
- Arc de Triomphe: must go to the top!! In my opinion, this is the best view of Paris because you get to see the Eiffel Tower from afar.
- Parc du Champ de Mars: surrounding the Eiffel Tower this is the perfect place for a sunset picnic.
- Luxembourg Garden: these beautiful grounds are split into French gardens & English gardens and set with the backdrop the the Luxembourg Palace.
- Palace of Versailles: for about 5€ round-trip you can take a train from Paris to Versailles & get there in under 30 minutes & is beyond worth it. The palace, once home to Marie Antoinette, is a lovely exhibit of 18th century French decorative arts and has breathtaking gardens that seem to go on forever.
- Montmartre: possibly my favorite neighborhood to walk around, it is so charming & known for its artistic history. This is where Basilica Sacré-Cœur is.
- Enfants-Rouges: another cute neighborhood to walk around with a park, covered market, and vintage shopping.

Incredible Views of the Eiffel Tower:
- Metro line 6: take metro line 6 from Charles de Gaulle Étoile toward Nation, sit on the left side of the train, facing forward & look for the Eiffel Tower between stops Passy & Bir-Hakeim (or vice-versa). This will give you a view of the tower that looks across the Seine.
- Rue de L’Université: walk up this side street for great views & a great place to take less crowded pictures with the Eiffel in the background.
- Parc du Champ de Mars: this park surrounds the Eiffel Tower & is a fantastic place for a picnic, reading, journaling & basking in the fact that you’re in Paris!
- Rue de Monttessuy: this street is lined with Parisian buildings & the Eiffel stands above them.
- Rue Edmond Valentin: same goes for this street except here you see more buildings & only the top of the tower. Great place to take pictures.
- Top of the Arc de Triomphe: birds eye view of Paris & the Eiffel Tower is impossible to miss.
- Tuileries Garden: the Eiffel Tower stands in the distance with the park spanning in between.
